Private Managed Telepresence


Private Managed Telepresence is a fully managed customer premise-based Telepresence equipment targeted towards companies requiring frequent collaboration. There are three available models that cater to the varying needs of your organization


  • Dedicated Telepresence system
  • Room set-up assistance
  • End-to-end managed network infrastructure
  • Other peripherals (router, switches, etc)


Private Model offerings


  • Connect:
    • Connect endpoints comprise of various 1-screen models and are intended for more personal use or small group meetings. Standard Connect models are ideal for private offices or small meeting rooms. Immersive Connect models are also available and are placed in purpose-built rooms for the fully immersive in-person collaboration experience. Use it to join multipoint meetings like operational reviews, status update meetings, and quarterly customer presentations, or for personal meetings (negotiations, job interviews, personnel reviews).

  • Converge:
    • Standard Converge and Immersive Converge endpoints have 2 and 3-screen models respectively. Standard two-screen models are ideal for multi-purpose meeting rooms. The fully immersive three-screen set up can comfortably sit 8 participants around a virtual table in a purpose-built room. Converge models are suitable for medium-sized groups such as business and board meetings. Its applications include inter-group and inter-company discussions, internal and external meetings like customer engagements, presentation to groups, supply-chain dealings, press briefings, operation or engineering reviews, negotiations, or regular team meetings.

  • Collaborate:
    • a. Collaborate endpoints are fully-immersive models that are best suited for large business meetings, trainings and seminars which can accommodate 18 participants in a “corporate classroom” set-up. It provides an equal seat at the table for discussions requiring more participants for different applications such as operation reviews, cross-functional meetings with clients or partners and executive presentations.
